Junior Winter 2025 Season Info

1.      FUNSTICKS $60 per player

• For Years 1 & 2 (and 4year olds)
• To be held on Monday afternoons, 3.30pm-4.30pm
• First session Monday 5th May
• Final session & Prize Giving Monday 23rd June

2.      YEARS 3 & 4 COMPETITION $70 per player

• To be played on Monday afternoons, first games 4.45pm
• Competition games will begin on Monday 5th May
• 6 aside, on a quarter of the turf
• Finals night August 12th, prizegiving after last games

3.      YEARS 5 & 6 COMPETITION $75 per player

• To be played on Tuesday afternoons, first games 3.45pm
• Competition games will begin on Tuesday 6th May
• 6 field players + a goalie, on half the turf (There will be goalie kits available at the turf for teams to use)
• Finals night/prize giving Tuesday August 12th, Teams vs their Parents, followed by Prize giving

4.      Year 7 & 8 COMPETITION $120 per player

• To be played on Wednesday afternoons – first games 7th May
• 10 field players + a goalie. on full turf 
• Hockey Marlborough 11 aside competition rules apply.
• Appointed Umpires to control these matches.
• Finals day (3rd / 4th)  (1st /2nd) Wednesday 13th August

All children MUST play in their correct age group. Please contact the hockey office if you need help with team numbers. Any child playing out of their age group will need dispensation from the HM Competitions Committee prior to the season commencing.
